Friday Evening 6 to 8:30 pm and Saturday, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. This two day class is a condensed, intense program based on our 6-week series for expectant parents in the seventh month of pregnancy. It is designed to prepare you for one of the most important events of your life. The course will include:
· Breathing and relaxation techniques · Labor and delivery process · Role of the support person · Expectations and birth plan · Caesarean birth · Tour of the Women's Health Pavilion Birthing Unit
