swimming skills are not needed, a comfort level in both deep and shallow water is important.

Location: All core HealthSteps classes are held at Bates College Merrill Gymnasium, located at the corner of Central Ave & Russell St.

Session Fee $112
Pre-registration is required.

St. Mary’s employees & volunteers (who volunteer > 4 hrs/week) are eligible for a special rate.

There will be no classes 7/4.
