The IRS Form 990 is an annual document that St. Mary’s and other tax-exempt organizations are required to file with the Internal Revenue Service. It provides information on our mission, programs, and finances. You will also find information on this form in compliance with Maine Public Law, Chapter 624.
The attached pdf of the document is what we file with the IRS with one exception. By law we are allowed to maintain the privacy of our donors, so you’ll note that page is missing from the attached 990 forms.
