Community Clinical Services Employee Assistance Program offers brief,confidential solution focused consultation and counseling for all types of personal issues. To help with more difficult issues,the program also offers substance abuse services and referrals (if covered by your health benefits).

WHO PROVIDES THE COUNSELING?

Our professional staff includes highly experienced individuals from the following fields:
Licensed Clinical Social Workers
Licensed Professional Counselors
Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors

Community Clinical Services EAP is strictly confidential. If you choose to use the service, no one will know unless you tell them. Information is only released with your permission and/or in those situations where problems are life-threatening.

WHO CAN USE THE SERVICE?

We’re here for employees and their family members. The program is a benefit, with no cost to you for any EAP session. The decision to seek assistance is strictly voluntary and made by the employee or covered family member. No one can be forced to use the program.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It starts with an initial call to make an appointment. During your session(s), you and your EAP counselor will evaluate your circumstances, your problems and concerns.Based on these, together you’ll develop a plan of action. Staff will provide short-term counseling, make referrals if needed and follow-up with you to review progress.
