St. Mary's Outpatient Nutrition Service dietitians provide personalized nutrition counseling for adults, children and adolescents. We offer nutrition assessment, nutrition education, goal setting and follow-up to monitor progress.
St. Mary's dietitians use evidence-based nutrition practice to help clients improve their health and well-being. Counseling is provided for disease prevention and chronic conditions: diabetes, food allergies, GI disorders, heart disease, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, hypoglycemia, kidney disease, obesity, overweight, osteoporosis, and underweight. Our dietitians also see clients for general nutrition and healthy eating, pregnancy and sports nutrition.
We schedule 60 minutes for the first visit and 30 minutes for follow-up visits. Please bring a 3-day food record to your first visit.
