This year we will Savor the Essence of Downtown: The Cuisine, The Culture, The People. Celebrate French, Greek, Indian and African cuisine, local products and downtown businesses! Please come and watch the demonstrations, taste amazing food and embrace creative, local change!!! Lewiston’s own Lisbon Street is the perfect example of what Margaret Mead was talking about when she said, "Never doubt that a small group of committed people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has." Lisbon Street is bustling with energy and excitement, which we’ll be transporting to the Nutrition Center for one special night.
On hand to share their fabulous food and amazing products will be Eric Agren and Justin Oliver/Fuel, Niky Karamousadakis/Niky’s Greek Restaurant, Ginny Singh/Mother India, Cody LaMontague and Allen Smith/Forage Market, and Susan Hall/The Vault. Lively demonstrations of food preparation and shared recipes are all part of the fun.
