9th Annual Chefs Soirée is SOLD OUT!
Friday, September 12, 2014
5:30 PM
St. Mary's Nutrition Center
208 Bates Street

This year we are inspired by 15th Anniversary of the St. Mary's Nutrition Center's Lots to Gardens program and the 125th Anniversary of St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. We will learn more about the roots that sparked our mission and those that nourish our bodies and souls. Highlighting root vegetables and other culinary delights from local farms and producers, Chef/Owner Paul Landry of Fish Bones American Grill will once again lead us through an entertaining night of good company and good food. Also, Cody Lamontagne (owner of Rustic Pies), Gerry Walsh (lead baker of Forage Market), Karen Bolduc (South Auburn Organic Farm) and a few others will be on hand to delight our senses.

Featuring products from 4 Season Farm Market, Fiore Artisan Olive Oils & Vinegars, Forage Market, and Spring Day Creamery.

Proceeds will support the St. Mary's Nutrition Center and its programming. The Nutrition Center is a true 'community center' and serves as a hub for healthy food initiatives across Lewiston and Androscoggin County. The programs help underserved families access, choose, and prepare healthy food. Key programs include the St. Mary's Food Pantry, cooking and garden education programs for people of all ages, the Lewiston Farmers' Market, and Lots to Gardens, which uses downtown gardens to create access to fresh local food, empower youth, and build community.

Tickets: $100 per person OR $75 if purchased on or before August 26
