St. Mary's Health System (SMHS) has a long and rich history of caring for the greater Lewiston/Auburn community. We would not be able to provide that caring without extensive support from members of the community. 

Along with amazing medical advances and dramatic changes in health care throughout the last century, St. Mary's remains steadfast in our commitment to the health of our community members and ensuring care for all in need.

St. Mary's Development Office works to match the interests of our donors with the needs of St. Mary's Health System. You can make an unrestricted gift to allow St. Mary's Health System to direct your charitable support to any area of need, or you can direct your gift to an area that is important to you through our restricted funds.

THANKS to our DONORS, in 2010 we completed a capital campaign for our Emergency Center and in 2011 we opened our new Operating Room Suites . In 2006, St. Mary's founded The Nutrition Center of Maine  which with the continued support of our donors is now receiving national recognition.
