The St. Mary's Gift Shop is located just off the main lobby of the hospital.

The Gift Shop accepts Visa, Master Card, traveler's checks and cash. We will gladly take phone orders during the hours listed below for flowers, balloons, and other gifts, and deliver to a patient's room. A credit card number is needed.

The St. Mary's Gift Shop is staffed by knowledgeable, friendly volunteers. All proceeds from sales at the Gift Shop go directly to the health system. The Gift Shop features a large selection of merchandise delivered daily.  Gift Shop items include:

• Fresh flower arrangements and gift baskets
• Silk floral arrangements
• Complete helium balloon selection, mylar only
• Full line of greeting cards
• Candy shop with snack items and boxed cancy (seasonal)
• Newborn items, including toys and clothing
• Magazines, paperback books, and spiritual books
• Plush stuffed animals
• Watches and costume jewelry
• Giftware
• Sundries
• Film
• Holiday Items

Order Information

To order gifts and have them delivered to patients and staff at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, call the Gift Shop at 207-777-8372.  Delivery service to St. Mary's d'Youville Pavilion, and St. Mary's Residences is not available.

• Phone orders can be made Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm by calling the Gift Shop at 207-777-8372 or Toll Free (in the US) 1-800-601-8177 or;
• Visit our webcam
• A small message card will be sent with your gift.
• Phone orders can be called in between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Please submit orders after a patient has been assigned to a room.  You may call the St. Mary's Regional Medical Center at 207-777-8100 to request a patient's room number.
• You will be notified if a patient has been discharged or cannot be located.
• Phone sales are final once the gift has been delivered.

Gift Restrictions

• We sell mylar, rather than latex balloons because some patients are allergic to latex.
• Real flowers, plants, and food are restricted in some hospital units.  Alternative gift options are available.

Delivery

Gifts purchased by phone are delivered free of charge to patients and staff at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center only.  Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.

There are no deliveries on weekends and holidays.

• Deliveries  are made from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Phone orders received after 2:00 pm, Monday through Thursday will be delivered the following business day.
• Phone orders received on Friday after 2:00 pm will be delivered on Monday.

Phone orders are not available for delivery to patients at St. Mary's d'Youville Pavilion, or St. Mary's Residences.
