American Red Cross Blood Drives

Every two seconds (that’s 43,000 times a day) an American needs a blood transfusion.  Most of us (7 in 10 people) will need to receive blood, yet only five percent of people donate!  It's not enough! Your single donation can help save up to three lives! 

 

Those who wish to make appointments or have questions about eligibility may call the American Red Cross at 1-800-448-3543.  Donors who make appointments will be given preference, but walk-in donors are also encouraged on the day of the event.  Please remember to bring photo identification.

 

The Volunteer Services Department will host the following American Red Cross Blood Drives on: 

Friday, February 19, 2010	12 pm - 6 pm
Friday, April 23, 2010	7am - 1 pm
Wednesday, August 4, 2010	07 am - 1 pm
Tuesday, December 14, 2010	07 am – 1 pm
Lepage Conference Center  99 Campus Avenue, Lewiston, Maine
