The B Street Health Center is  A Federally Qualified Health Center and a full-service family medicine practice affiliated with Community Clinical Services. The practice is located in the new Community Center building at 57 Birch Street in Lewiston.

A family physician offers primary care to an entire family regardless of age or sex. Family physicians are coordinators of healthcare services for patients. They may take care of children similarly to a pediatrician, adults similarly to a specialist in internal medicine; they perform some surgery and some deliver babies.
