Behavioral Health Providers

Behavioral Health providers include Psychiatrist who are physicians, Psychiatric Nurse Practioners and Psychologists.  These providers are located in our Community Clinical Services Psychiatry, Family Behavioral Health, and Bates Street Clinic.

These are specialists that are trained to deal with Psychiatric and substance abuse illnesses.

They seek to improve a patients well being and treat both physical and emotional, reasons for people diagnosed with a behavioral illness.

Treatment can include medications and therapy interventions.

Behavioral providers can specialize further in the treatment of children and adolescents, geriatrics, psychotherapy, sleep medicine, addictions, emergency and consult and liaison services.

Behavioral Health Providers often work with other specialists and support systems in a team effort to improve a patient's recovery, including schools, family members and friends.
