Our social worker is trained to address the special needs and concerns of individuals diagnosed with cancer.  This important member of the team provides support and assistance in coping with practical and psychosocial issues related to a cancer diagnosis, such as housing, transportation, career concerns, financial concerns, coping with relationship stressors, bereavement, and advocacy.

Maura Clark is the oncology social worker at the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders.  Her role with patients, families, and caregivers is to provide support and assistance in coping with practical and psychosocial issues related to cancer diagnosis and treatment.
