Meet Our Professional Staff

Our team of experienced nutrition and diabetes management professionals work closely with the endocrinologist, doctor specially trained to treat patients with diabetes and your primary care physician. 

Our physician is board certified in endocrinology and our nurse practitioners are accredited.

Through this partnership, we bring our patients specialized services close to home.  In addition to our physician specialists, our team includes nurse educators and dietitians, most of whom are certified diabetes educators.

To achieve this national certification status, these skilled clinicians must meet rigorous education and professional practice experience requirements. 

Our comprehensive diabetes services are designed for patients who have been newly diagnosed, have trouble controlling their diabetes or who need long-term care and follow-up.

We are recognized by the American Diabetes Association for meeting national standard for Diabetes Self-Management Education.
