Marguerite’s Garden Memory Care Unit is our secure 42 bed long-term care neighborhood for men and women afflicted with Alzheimer's and other related dementias.
Our staff considers it a privilege to be allowed to care for the residents. Care is cantered around the resident’s past history and present desires. Staff validate residents' feelings as they enter their reality, while providing a safe environment. Residents can participate in a variety of activities from kitchen creations, pokeno, sing-a-longs, and movies
We offer a support group called Family Forum for loved ones of residents with memory impairment. We meet monthly for education and learning together.
Our mission at Marguerite's Garden Memory Care Unit is to validate our residents' feelings, to enter their reality, and to provide a safe environment.
