When you or a loved one needs a little extra TLC while recovering from surgery,
illness, injury, or toher hospital Stay, we are here and ready to help.

The Rehab Center fills the gap between your hospital stay and home care.  Often, after a hospital stay you may require additional therapy or education related to specific illnesses, care, or medications before going home.  Rehab Center offers the care and support you need in a rehabilitative setting.  Here you, your physician, therapists, nursing staff, social services, and dietary work together to meet the challenges that frequently accompany illness and or injuries.

Care is provided under the direction of your attending physician, and by an interdisciplinary team.  The primary goal for the Rehab Center is to assist you in your recovery and return to your maximum level of independence. Our purpose is to fill the gap between your hospital stay and home care.  Often, after time spent in the hospital recovering from an illness or injury, you  may require additional therapy or education related to specific illnesses, care, or medications before going home.

Our staff offers the attention and support you need in a rehabilitative setting.  Our goal is to help prepare you to return home safely as soon as possible.
