Renaissance
House is a community based
residential
home that provides an environment for girls between the ages of
13 to 18 who need a safe, therapeutic, and supervised living placement.
The program is goal oriented and focuses on learning about self-responsibility
and accountability.
In this long-term
program, teenage girls will learn better ways of coping with their
emotions and managing their behaviors. They are taught the skills
needed to manage their emotions and behaviors, increase independent
living skills, and improve relationships. The Renaissance House
has a holistic approach to treatment involving the children, the
staff, DHHS and their families.
