The school based health centers, located in and hosted by the schools, run by
Community Clinical Services, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
Each school-based health center is staffed by a Nurse Practitioner, Medical Assistant, and
Administrative Clinical Secretary. For more information on school-based health centers,

School-Based Health Care.
We are supported by a grant through the Bureau of Health and a grant from the WF Kellogg
Foundation.
We participate in Maine Assembly for School-Based Health Care activities, and meet their
voluntary standards for SBHCs.
