Patient Navigator Services
A Patient Navigator serves as your single point of contact to guide you from diagnosis through treatment and survivorship. They will collaborate with other providers and services to help you navigate the health care system. Education is a vital part of your care. As a clinician, a Patient Navigator is uniquely qualified to answer your questions about clinical care and support services.
I value the almost 30 years of experience that I have in Oncology so that I can help a patient navigate the system with confidence.
