		HealthSteps is part of the Prevention & Wellness Services offered through St. Mary's Regional Medical Center.  HealthSteps is an award-winning Health Education and Prevention Program for adults.  At HealthSteps you will get a program that meets the needs of the whole person-body, mind and spirit.  HealthSteps classes are conveniently located at the Bates College Merrill Gymnasium as well as on the campus of St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.
