By working with certified therapists, one-on-one, your physical rehabilitation maximizes results based on individual requirements. Dedicated Post-Acute Care Rehabilitation Center
With our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, St. Mary’s d’Youville Pavilion offers skilled nursing rehabilitation for post-acute care patients to gain strength and increase mobility before heading home. In some cases, caregivers may be unable to lift or immediately care for loved ones. We can help patients gain back basic mobility so continued recovery at home is less disruptive.
If you or a loved one is scheduled for a surgical procedure, especially joint replacement surgery, consider a post-acute care setting to begin recovery where certified nurses and a full clinical staff can help you regain strength as you heal. With expert skilled nursing care at St. Mary’s d’Youville Pavilion, we will monitor your recovery for improved outcomes and less risk of complications.
