The Cecile J. Coulombe Emergency Center at St. Mary’s, a Level 3 Geriatric Emergency Department accredited facility, offers a full spectrum of emergency care for all ages in Lewiston, Maine. Our emergency providers, nurses and clinical staff are trained to respond quickly and effectively to a wide range of medical emergencies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Dealing with a minor injury or illness? Visit our Urgent Care facility 791 Turner Street, Auburn (next to Aspen Dental by the Auburn Mall). It’s open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and its trained, dedicated and diverse staff provide quick and convenient walk-in care. Some conditions can even be treated with a virtual visit.

The Behavioral Emergency Department is a state-of-the-art facility built with separate child and adult treatment areas and is one of the only unique dynamic services of its kind in Maine built solely to provide the safest, most comforting, patient and family experience in a time of crisis. The Behavioral Emergency Department was designed and tailored by our patients and families, with St. Mary’s and our Patient and Family Advisory Counsels.
