Interventional Radiology

The Neuro-Radiological Service includes both diagnostic and interventional capabilities.

St. Mary's Radiology Department has a 1.0 Siemens Magnetome MRI with MRA capability and a GE HiSpeed Advantage helical CT scanner which provide state-of-the-art MRI and CT imaging. Our angiography suite has a digital C-arm capable of 1024-bit resolution DSA carotid and cerebral angiograms. Two ATL Ultramark 9 HDI ultrasound machines provide state-of-the-art carotid doppler imaging. Our vascular lab is equipped with Meditech and Tracker microcatheters for intracranial urokinase infusion.

Neuroradiological services work with both neurosurgeons and neurologists to provide the highest quality of care to patients with neurological disorders.
