HealthSteps Instructors
HealthSteps is proud to have instructors who are warm, caring and professional. The program is unique, offering certified professionals trained in nursing, fitness, aquatics, nutrition and personal training. Blood pressure and pulse checks are part of the class curriculum. Participants are educated about their health and wellness to help them achieve a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.
