Cathy White has been the Program Manager for Lifeline for 7 years. Since it is a local program, she is able to build relationships with subscribers, and over the years they have become her extended family. "Being able to see daily reports of subscribers using the service, and hearing the stories from the folks that I install or service, has made me passionate about getting Lifeline into as many homes as possible." Many times within a day or so after installing the Lifeline service, she will receive a notice that the subscriber had to use the Lifeline service. "It makes me wonder what would have happened to this person if they had not had the service. I am thankful to be a part of such a wonderful service that saves lives and provides peace of mind."
