prior to 10:00 a.m., Monday ? Friday, will be delivered that day
by one of our volunteers. Any e-mails sent after this time, over
a weekend or on a holiday will be delivered the next business day.
You cannot
send any attachments (such as photos or music files) with your message.
If a resident
leaves D'Youville, we will be unable to deliver the message or forward
it to their residence. Our apologies for any inconveniences this
may create.
All e-mails
to patients are reviewed for appropriateness. At the discretion
of hospital personnel, your message may, or may not, be delivered.
Inappropriate
e-mails will be turned over to relevant authorities.
At
