At Sisters of Charity Health System, we believe in living life to the fullest. That means giving seniors the care and attention they need with quality nursing care, on-site rehabilitation services, independent living, short-term post-hospital recovery care, social activities, nutrition services and more.

d'Youville Pavilion – d'Youville Pavilion offers its residents three distinct care options. At its core is a 112-bed Medicare certified skilled care unit, which also provides among the finest transitional care services in the State. Marguerite's Garden is our 42-bed Alzheimer's Secure Unit offering specialized care for people suffering with dementia and related forms of illness. And, the 126 beds in our Nursing Facility offer compassionate and friendly long-term care to our community's residents. Everyone living at d'Youville, whether for a short transitional stay or as part of a long-term plan, may take part in a broad range of social activities and personal care services.

Maison Marcotte – 128 private apartments reserved exclusively for the elderly and/or handicapped. Tenants have the independence of living on their own with some extra help when needed.

Club 50 – an innovative program committed to providing members, ages 50 and over, education, services and enriching activities that promote a healthy, long life.

Lifeline – 24-hour/7-day-a-week personal emergency response service to assist the elderly and/or handicapped living at home.
