Maison
Marcotte has 128 private apartments reserved exclusively for the
elderly and/or handicapped. It offers tenants the independence of
living on their own with some extra help when needed. The apartments
are two-room suites with a private bathroom. For emergencies, there
are two call buttons in each apartment.
Our housing gives elderly the opportunity to combine independent
living with support services. The noon meal is served to all tenants
in a private dining room area. Optional services include a second
meal, special diets, housekeeping services for a minimal charge.
These services are not subsidized. Also, help in dealing with outside
agencies, when necessary, is available through the director.
Pharmacy delivery is provided by local pharmacies.
There are common kitchens on all floors with laundry facilities.

This is a non-smoking facilty.

Most apartments are subsidized. Those who qualify
pay 30 percent of their annual income for rent. Income
limits apply. Income includes social security, pensions, interest
income, with allowance for medical expenses, as stipulated in HUD
