a one on one consultation with our fitness specialist. An evaluation

measuring cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, flexibility,
body fat and blood pressure. Based upon individual goals and results
an exercise prescription will be provided recommending a safe an
effective fitness program. We offer this test by individual appointment.
Body Composition
Analysis 777-8898
A certain amount of body fat is essential to maintain bodily functions;
however, carrying too much body fat increases the risk for a variety
of health problems. This simple test uses infrared technology and
is a reliable, accurate measurement tool. By determining the percentage
of body weight that is fat versus non-fat, our fitness specialists
can help an individual determine a realistic and healthy weight.
We offer this test by individual appointment.
