Needs Assessment
Understanding your employees’ health is the first step towards
change. Through the use of our confidential health behavior survey
employees will be asked to provide information on their health including
such risk factors as smoking, inactivity, weight control, blood

health promotion and disease management initiatives as well as provide

Body Composition Analysis
A certain amount of body fat is essential to maintain bodily functions;
however, carrying too much body fat increases the risk for a variety
of health problems. This simple test uses infrared technology and
is a reliable, accurate measurement tool. By determining the percentage
of body weight that is fat versus non-fat, our fitness specialists
can help an individual determine a realistic and healthy weight.
We offer this test by individual appointment.
