About Our Practice:
We provide interventional pain management services and consultation to the residents of the greater Androscoggin region and beyond.
As an outpatient pain management consult service we work closely with our patients, their primary care provider, and other specialists to help those who suffer from acute and chronic pain.
Services we provide:
- Clarify diagnoses
- Help patients understand their conditions better
- Explore alternative treatment options including physical therapy, medication, manipulation and exercise among others
- Trigger Point and Joint Injections
- Offer Interventional Treatment if appropriate Including:
- Facet Joint Injections
- Epidural Injections
- Nerve Blocks
- Advanced Radio Frequency Ablation (Rhizotomy)
- Spinal Cord Stimulation
- Sympathetic Nerve Blocks

In the process, we will work closely with you, your primary care provider, and other specialists, such as neurologists, orthopedists, rehabilitation and physical therapists.
We will endeavor to treat you with the most advanced modalities in pain management. We will do our best to help you achieve your maximum physical potential, while communicating clearly with you so that you understand your condition better.
