Dawn has been with the St. Mary's organization for 19 years. In addition to her WorkMed responsibilities, she is also the Director of St. Mary's Center for Physical Rehabilitation, St. Mary's Prevention and Wellness, and St. Mary's Employee Safety and Worker's Comp.
She works closely with the members of the WorkMed team and René Dumont,VP, to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities.

Jonathan Torres, MD, FACOEM

Jonathan Torres, MD, FACOEM, Medical Director of St. Mary's WorkMed, was recently elevated to Fellowship in the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM). Fellow is the highest class of membership within ACOEM. It recognizes physicians who exhibit significant leadership in ACOEM and who demonstrate their expertise in the specialty by achieving certification in occupational medicine. Dr. Torres is Board Certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine, and a certified Medical Review Officer. He graduated from the University if Virginia Medical School and completed Residency training in Occupational Medicine at the University of Massachusetts. He also has a Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology.
Through his years in occupational medicine he has worked for the United States Air Force as a Flight Surgeon for aircrew members and their families, as well as many major companies. He is currently a Board member on MEMIC's Medical Advisory Board.
In 2014 Jonathan Torres, MD was chosen for inclusion in Down East Magazine's "Maine TopDocs Physician Survey 2014" as the top physician in the field of Occupational Medicine. The physicians who made the list were chosen through a peer review in which Maine doctors were asked who they would go to for help if their own family members had health concerns in the specified areas.
Rosanne Marquis, FNP-C
Rosanne Marquis, FNP-C has joined the St. Mary's WorkMed team. She is a graduate from the University of Maine Orono with a Master of Science degree in Nursing - Certified Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical experience includes 8 years as a Nurse Practitioner at Medical Rehab Associates and prior in various roles as an RN in the clinical inpatient setting. Rosanne spent 21 years in Southern California in ICU, ER, Med/Surg, chemical dependency recovery, and supervisory roles. She returned to Maine in 2001 in the hospital setting as a VP of Clinical Services. As a nurse practitioner, she is experienced in injection techniques, as well as, treatment modalities for painful conditions.
Gerald Lebel, ACNP
Gerald (Jerry) Lebel is an Adult/Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Jerry earned his RN from St. Mary’s School of Nursing in Lewiston before going on to receive his certification as a nurse practitioner at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburg. He received an undergraduate degree in Community Health from the University of Maine at Farmington and his Masters in Management/Health Care Administration from New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire. He has specialized in occupational health for over 20 years after working in primary care and emergency medicine. His clinical interests include researching new evidence based treatments options and reducing the incidence of disability with occupational injuries. Jerry served on the Medical Assistant Board of Trustees at Central Maine Community College and currently serves on The Board of Trustees for the Pathway Vineyard Church. In his free time, Jerry enjoys spending time with his grandaughter and travel.
