Admission to the Hospital
At St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, we work hard to make sure your stay goes smoothly from arrival to discharge.
We want to make sure you get the very best healthcare and have access to the support services you need while you are in the hospital and after discharge.
St. Mary's Regional Medical Center has implemented Condition H (Help) as another way to provide patients the best possible medical care.
Once your physician approves your discharge, you will be asked to complete your discharge forms.
A hospitalist is a doctor who has chosen to practice in a growing medical specialty that focuses on the care of the hospitalized patient.
After you have been discharged, you may obtain a copy of your medical record.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding your care, please contact our Patient Satisfaction Coordinator.
It's best to pack as little as you can. What to bring and what not to bring at the hospital.
Nurses at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center are committed to involving you, your family, and support persons in making decisions about your care to ensure it is personalized to your needs.
