Exploring Times and Places of Sanctuary

A Retreat Led by Marguerite Stapleton

Saturday, April 27, 2019
9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
(Doors open at 8:30 am)

St. Mary’s Health System
Lepage Conference Center
99 Campus Avenue
Lewiston, ME 04240

Where do you find solitude and rest? Quiet and prayer? Laughter and peace? During this retreat, led by Marguerite Stapleton, we will reflect together and share experiences on creating and nurturing sanctuary in our ordinary, busy lives.

Participants will identify their own places of sanctuary and through reflective time will imagine and create new places of sanctuary that will serve them at this moment. We will look at what sanctuary is and what it is not. We will discover what it means to be “sanctuary” for others.

This event is open to the public. Coffee, tea, and water will be provided, along with all retreat materials. Bring your own lunch or purchase at St. Mary’s Campus Cuisine.

Cost: $45.00 per person ($40 before April 5th)

Registration Deadline: Friday, April 19.
